District Soil And Watershed Conservation Committee
16. District soil and watershed conservation committee:
(1) Government of Nepal may, by a Notification in the Nepal Gazette, form a district soil and watershed
conservation committee in order to coordinate the implementation of activities pertaining to soil and watershed conservation in the district.
(2) The functions, duties and powers of the district soil and watershed conservation committee formed pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed.
